Information and purposes
We process information needed for accounts and purchases: identity, contact details, billing and shipping addresses, order information and payment status. Payment providers handle banking details; we do not store the full card number on our website. Messages, return requests and withdrawal notices are used to answer you and manage contracts. The withdrawal form records the details you supply and the time received, then attempts to email an acknowledgement to the address provided.
Purchases are processed to perform the contract, billing to meet legal obligations, and fraud prevention on the basis of our legitimate interests. Marketing communications or trackers requiring consent rely on your consent, which you may withdraw. Fields marked as required are needed to handle the relevant request.
Recipients
Authorized staff and necessary service providers may access information for the purposes described: payment, shipping, maintenance, hosting through DICREA and Hostinger infrastructure, and authorities where legally required. We do not sell personal information. Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, the safeguards required by the GDPR must govern the transfer.
Retention
Customer relationship data is retained for up to 5 years after the last order, subject to legal obligations or the need to establish or defend rights. Accounting records are retained for 10 years. Withdrawal notices and correspondence are kept with the records needed to manage and evidence performance of contracts. Cookie lifetimes depend on their purpose, within the stated 13-month limit for cookies to which that period applies; session cookies expire earlier.

The site uses cookies required for the cart, session and store operation. Analytics or marketing trackers requiring consent must only be used after consent. You can manage or delete cookies in your browser; this may affect some features. Connections use HTTPS, and data access is restricted to authorized people.
Your rights
Subject to applicable legal conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent.
