Your right to withdraw
If you buy online as a consumer, you may withdraw without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. If items in one order are delivered separately, the period starts when you receive the last item. Pre-owned, discounted and sale items also qualify, unless a legal exception applies.
Notify us before the period ends using the online form below, by email to thevintagetravelerfr@gmail.com, or by an unambiguous written statement sent to our address. You do not need prior approval from our team or a reason to exercise this right.

After notifying us, send the goods to this address without undue delay and within 14 days. Include your order reference so we can identify the return. You pay the direct return shipping costs, unless we made an error or applicable statutory rights require us to pay them. For an item that cannot normally be returned by mail, contact us before buying to establish the applicable return cost.
Tracked and insured shipping is recommended, especially for valuable items. Return the item with the accessories and documents supplied. You may inspect the goods as you would in a store. You are liable only for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. Removing a label does not automatically cancel your statutory withdrawal right.
Refunds
We reimburse the payments received, including the original standard delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. The extra cost of choosing delivery more expensive than the standard option offered is not reimbursed. For goods, we may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or evidence that you sent them back, whichever occurs first.
We use the original payment method unless you expressly agree to another method without fees. We do not require you to accept store credit, including for sale items.
Legal exceptions
Withdrawal may be excluded for goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized when the legal conditions are met and you were informed before buying. Being pre-owned, ordering a standard item specially, or being on sale does not by itself create an exception.
An item does not match its description or delivery goes wrong
Contact us promptly with your order reference and relevant information. Prompt notice helps us investigate, but a 48-hour deadline does not restrict statutory rights, including the legal guarantees of conformity and latent defects. These rights apply independently of withdrawal.
