These terms apply to purchases on thevintagetraveler.com and are provided before an order is confirmed. Product information and the conditions displayed at the time of purchase form part of the offer.

2. Products

We sell selected and authenticated pre-owned luxury items. Each listing describes the condition, characteristics, included accessories and known defects. Assess age-related wear, patina and color variations using the description and photographs. An authenticity certificate is supplied with each purchase as offered. We are an independent reseller with no official affiliation to the brands mentioned.

3. Prices and orders

Prices are shown in euros and include applicable taxes. Applicable delivery charges are displayed before you confirm your order. The price at the time of ordering applies. Check your details, address and order summary before placing an order with an obligation to pay. Unique pieces are subject to availability. If an item is unavailable or an order is canceled, payments collected are reimbursed. We may refuse an order for a legitimate reason, including established fraud or clearly incorrect information.

4. Payment

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout, including secure card payment or bank transfer where offered. Payment is due immediately in one installment. Card details are handled by the payment provider; we do not store your full card number.

5. Delivery

We ship to the address supplied at checkout using a tracked and insured service. Indicative delivery times are 3–6 business days in France and 6–12 business days internationally, unless stated otherwise before purchase. The delivery date or period stated when ordering takes precedence. Contact us about delays, loss or damage: dispatch does not release us from statutory obligations to consumers. Mandatory rules on delivery and transfer of risk remain applicable.

6. Withdrawal and returns

Consumers have a 14-day withdrawal right for distance purchases, except where a legal exception applies. Procedures, reimbursement of standard delivery, return costs and the form are set out in our returns and refunds policy, which forms part of these terms. Pre-owned and sale items are not automatically excluded. A 48-hour period does not replace this right.

7. Complaints and statutory guarantees

Send complaints to thevintagetravelerfr@gmail.com. Prompt notice helps us handle them and does not reduce statutory periods or guarantees. Buying a pre-owned item, or the absence of a manufacturer warranty, does not remove applicable legal guarantees of conformity or latent defects. Condition disclosures do not constitute a general exclusion of liability. Mandatory consumer rights and remedies remain reserved.

8. Personal information

Our privacy policy describes how we handle orders, payments, delivery, contacts and withdrawal notices.

9. Applicable law and disputes

French law applies, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that also apply. Contact us first so we can seek an amicable solution. These terms do not impose exclusive court jurisdiction in a way that overrides statutory consumer rights.
